This unique space, designed by Estudio 51-1 Arquitectos, revolves around their two beautiful ovens, where most of their signature dishes are prepared. We were thrilled with the outcome, especially considering the initial challenge of covering a large, irregularly shaped, mostly open space in a bustling area while ensuring street noise wouldn't penetrate. Their carefully curated playlist is excellent and always invites us to linger and savor their menu.
